To make sure I’m fully prepared for your sports game shoot, I’ll need a few key details: the date, time, and exact location of the game, along with the sport being played and the name of the team or athlete I’ll be photographing. It’s also helpful to know the jersey number(s) or any specific players you'd like me to focus on. If there are any special moments you want captured—like senior night recognitions, pre-game rituals, or post-game celebrations—just let me know in advance. Lastly, please confirm whether I’ll need a media pass or field access, and if there are any restrictions I should be aware of. The more info you share, the better I can plan to capture all the action!
